Unless otherwise agreed in advance, all shipments and deliveries will be made by couriers selected by ELMUNDOIMPORT.COM. Unless other arrangements have been made, then, we are responsible for the goods in transit, but only once the shipping charges have been debited. Should the goods be stolen or lost, ELMUNDOIMPORT.COM will endeavor to send you a new product or, when said product is unavailable and/or out of stock, a different product with equivalent characteristics. You have the right to not accept the alternative product and to request the issuing of a credit note relating to the product itself.

These costs will be calculated on the basis of the destination, weight and volume of the package(s).

Outside EU: 3-5 working days
U.S.A. : approx.3 working days

Most deliveries are made by Poste Italiane, who guarantee delivery to your door at reasonable prices. The delivery times may be subject to change due to instances of force majeure, traffic problems or actions on the part of the relevant authorities.

Unless agreed otherwise in writing by the parties, deliveries are made during the whole day.

If the courier is appointed by the client, ELMUNDOIMPORT.COM may not be held responsible for any loss of and/or damage to the product(s) from the moment the product(s) is (are) delivered to the courier's warehouse.
